A package may include:
• Distribution Panel (Hub) –Services cabled in from the demarcation location to Hub. Hub dispatches signals through cable to in-wall jacks throughout the home.
• (CAT5e) - Networks all computers, hi-speed internet connection, printers, scanners and other associated equipment for the purpose of sharing system resources. Also used for HDTV, telephone, security sensors, audio/video IR control, touch screens, keypads, general-purpose sensors and low voltage applications.
• Coax Cables (RG6) - Displays CATV, Satellite, DVD and VCR video in all rooms of the home for the purpose of shared entertainment. Video cameras can provide security surveillance images in any area that monitoring is desired i.e.: infant’s room, pool area.
• Fiber Optic Cable - Rapidly becoming the industry standard for telecommunications. Fiber Optics is expected to replace copper conductors completely. This is why ‘future proofing’ residential homes today may be very useful in the years to come.
• Speaker Cable – Allows for the placement of speakers throughout the home for whole-house music.
